What is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a hands-on healthcare approach that focuses on how the body’s structure (bones, muscles, joints, and connective tissue) supports overall health and function. Osteopaths use manual techniques such as gentle stretching, joint mobilisation, soft tissue and cranial osteopathy to improve movement, reduce pain, and support the body’s natural ability to heal.
Treatment is highly individualised. Osteopaths assess the whole person—including posture, movement patterns, lifestyle, and medical history—and tailor care to the specific needs of each patient, from infants and children to adults and older people, addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal health concerns.
Whether you’re experiencing pain, tension, or movement restrictions, we aim to support your body’s natural ability to restore balance and function.
